B. EXIN AICP Exam Literature, 2025

This workbook supplements the primary literature for this certification and provides additional background information on ISO standards and other frameworks that may be used to comply with the AI Act. Each chapter shortly summarizes the relevant AI Act articles and the corresponding standard, to help the reader understand and to align AI practices with the regulatory requirements outlined in the AI Act.

It addresses the following standards and frameworks, and how they relate to the AI Act

• Chapter 1: Data Governance (CEN/CLC/TR 18115)

• Chapter 2: Development and use of AI (ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO/IEC 5338)

• Chapter 3: Risk Management (ISO/IEC 23894)

• Chapter 4: Ethical Issues (ISO/IEC TR 24368)

This workbook will be provided by RAI by Design Ltd as your Accredited Training Organisation as part of your Course fee.

• Attendance at a two-day virtual training course is mandatory before qualifying to take the certification examination.

• The training course will include two practical assignments which you have to pass and receive the necessary confirmations prior to taking the certification examination.

• The Course will be delivered in English only.

• All courses are delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams. On-site Courses can be provided by negotiation.

• Unless a Private Closed Cohort has been agreed, all classes are Open Courses for individuals who may have students from other companies participating.

• Class sizes will not exceed 10 students unless by prior agreement and notification.

• The Course will typically run between 9am and 4pm UK over the two days. Flexibility in timings is available based on prior agreement. Some accommodations for classes in different time zones can also be considered. The day will include two short breaks and time to step away for a lunch break.

• On completion and validation of your two day training course and practical assignments, you will receive an Exam Voucher for EXIN Anywhere will will be valid for 365 days from the date of issue. You can choose when in that time you register for the Examination using your Voucher. Once you register for your Examination you will have 21 days in which to take it before the voucher and booking is invalid.

• Candidates will have to provide their Course Certificate - obtained from the two day training - including practical assignments before being eligible to take the Certification Exam.

• Candidates will use their Exam Voucher for EXIN Anywhere which will be valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

• You can choose when in that time you register for the Examination using your Voucher.

• Once you register for your Examination you will have 21 days in which to take it before the voucher and booking is invalid.

• The Certification Examination lasts 90 minutes and consists of 40 multiple choice questions. A pass mark of 65% is required.

• The Certification Examination is an online event which can be done at a time and date of your choice and will use a live or video proctoring service to invigilate. Choice will be made by you at time of booking the Exam.

• Candidates must take their exam within 21 days of booking and within the 365 days of the Exam Voucher validity.

• Exam retakes will incur additional charges to purchase a new Exam Voucher. See Training Terms and Conditions for current retake voucher prices.

• Choose between Live or Video Proctoring. With live proctoring, a proctor monitors you in real-time while you take the exam. With video proctoring, a video recording of you taking your exam will be made and judged objectively, after you have taken it. You will receive an immediate provisional pass score but your final confirmation and score will not be made until your video has been reviewed by the EXIN Examination team.

• On validation by the invigilation service and pass mark, you will receive a certification and digital badge to showcase your achievements and receive recognition.
